This marker, designed by Robert D. Fechtner, MD of Newark, NJ, features a 2.75mm wide U-shaped marking surface with ultra-thin lines for accurate traceability. To aid in the insertion of the EX-PRESS (R) glaucoma filtering device, this marker also imprints side marks to indicate the insertion location even with the scleral flap lifted. With the marker handle set at a 45 degree angle for proper approach and visibility, this instrument is produced in titanium for maximum durability.
