30-Day No-Risk Guarantee

All Regal International instruments (excluding custom ordered or custom etched instruments) can be evaluated for quality, style, and craftsmanship for up to 30 days from the date of invoice. Any instrument returned due to not meeting customer expectations will be refurbished or replaced at no charge.

Lifetime Warranty Against Corrosion

All Regal International titanium surgical instruments are guaranteed for life against corrosion. Titanium, being iron-free, is impervious to rust. Even when mixed with other instruments, our products will never rust—guaranteed for life!

Lifetime Guarantee Against Manufacturing Defects
All Regal International reusable quality products are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for the instrument's lifetime. Any instrument found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to our customers.

One Year Repairs Program
All products purchased through Regal International come with our One Year Repairs Program, which provides free sharpening, straightening of tips, and common maintenance/repairs for the life of the instrument.

Program Limitations:
  • Offer valid only on Regal International brand instruments.
  • The program is limited to fifty instrument repairs per customer, per fiscal year (January 1st - December 31st).
  • Instruments found to be misused, improperly sterilized, mishandled, or intentionally damaged are not covered and will incur standard repair charges.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
  • Offer is only valid for customer accounts in good standing.
  • Terms of this program are subject to change without notice.

Repairs Excluded:
Repairs not covered include, but are not limited to:

  • Bipolar-type forceps requiring re-insulation or connector replacement.
  • Replacement of teeth on forceps.
  • Any parts replacement, including springs or slide locks on needle holders and/or forceps.
  • Instruments requiring laser welding or re-insulation.
  • These repairs will be quoted at standard repair charges.

Instruments Excluded:
The following instruments are excluded from the program: 
Cannulas, diamond knives, gauges and markers, disposable products, punches, retractors, IOL injectors, jewelers forceps, lacrimal probes, MICS instruments, specula, sterilization trays, vitreoretinal instruments, emission, and 6-S carbon fiber instruments.
